a little bit about me

My wife Barbara and I moved to Apple Valley in 1999. In April of 2000, I joined Shear Realty. We relocated from the North San Diego County where we lived for over 25 years. My background is in residential real estate, lending, and electrical contracting. The opportunity to move to the High Desert and get away from the big city (and traffic) was something we are so glad we did.  In fact, in 2002, my parents relocated to Spring Valley Lake from San Diego to be near us. Barbara and I graduated from Westchester High School in Los Angeles in 1965 and on October 1, 2011, we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary.
